How to activate my PRIO Pass Lite?

  • 1. Make sure your HYFE data is active.
  • 2. Log in to myXL apps using your HYFE number.
  • 3. Double-check that your PRIO Pass Lite 12-Month is active by choose menu View My Plan & Boosters then choose Roaming.
  • 4. Enable roaming service in myXL by go to myXL Profile → Roaming Service → Swipe to Enable/ON.
  • 5. Turn on data roaming in your phone settings.
    • Android
    go to Settings → Connection → Celullar Networks → Turn on Data Roaming
    • iOS
    go to Settings → Cellular → Select SIM → Turn on Data Roaming
6. Once you’re in your destination country, make sure you've connected to the local network partners:
  • - Singapore: Starhub, M1
  • - Malaysia: Celcom, Digi
  • - Hong Kong: SmarTone, CSL
  • - Macau: SmarTone
