• HYFE is a new internet package by XL PRIORITAS that'll keep you online-surfing endlessly. Pay once, and enjoy a whole month of unlimited data!
• Signing up is quick and easy! Just chat with the official HYFE WhatsApp at 0818800088 or send an SMS with this format: AKTIF#NIK#KK.
• This package uses FUP. Your internet speed might slow down if you use more than the allowed data.
• Want more data? No problem! Just buy another package every month via WhatsApp or the myXL app.
• Payment is flexible! You can use your balance, credit card, or digital wallets like GoPay, ShopeePay, and OVO.
• Every time you buy a new package, your unlimited data increases.
• Even if your package expires, you can still use WhatsApp, Gojek, Grab, Tokopedia, Shopee, and Google Maps, but there's a 2GB/day limit.
• Calls and SMS to other XL and AXIS numbers are free!
• For calls to other networks, you'll be charged a basic rate of Rp200/30 seconds and Rp50/SMS. You'll need to top up your balance for calls and SMS to other networks!
• Pulsa transfer isn't available for HYFE numbers yet.
• Your HYFE number will be monitored for 30 days after activating the package.
• During the suspension period, you can only receive calls and SMS.
• To keep your HYFE number active, make sure to renew your package before the 20-day suspension period ends.
• HYFE packages are for new numbers only. If you already have an XL number, you can't switch to HYFE!

Autopay Feature

• Automatically renew your package with AutoPay! Your HYFE package will be renewed monthly on its own. No more hassle! Your chosen payment balance will be automatically charged.
• Enjoy hassle-free renewal with AutoPay. Your package will remain active without any further action from you.
• Activating AutoPay is super easy!
  • Open the myXL app
  • Go to your profile
  • Select the AutoPay menu
  • Choose your preferred payment method.
• Don't worry if your balance is low! Your package won't be immediately disconnected. You can purchase another package and reactivate AutoPay afterward.

Free HYFE Pass Lite

• You can directly use your HYFE quota for internet access in 9 countries, just activate HYFE Pass Lite!
• As soon as your HYFE number is active, you can immediately use HYFE Pass Lite. Easy, right?
• You can travel and stay connected in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan!
• HYFE Pass Lite is valid for a full year from activation, so you can enjoy unlimited internet access during your vacation.
• The unlimited feature is not available for roaming. So, if you've used your HYFE quota and reached the FUP, you'll need to buy another package to continue using the internet abroad.
• Before you go, don't forget to check the roaming settings on your phone. Make sure it's activated so you can immediately connect to the internet upon arriving at your destination.
